Weaving my way around Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Just an ordinary Wednesday

with one comment

Wednesday was just an ordinary day. Coffee free, sugar-free. I started the day with a Lymph massage, and she noticed that my tummy was flatter and my lymph was moving.

Work was busy, quick errand, home for a nap, and off to girl’s night.

Haven’t see the gals in two weeks, so much traveling going on. They all said I looked better, had more color in my face and my tummy was flatter and arms not as puffy. Since I usually see them once a week and we have been together for years and years, over a decade now, they are a good judge of my health.

Sometimes I’m so close to myself, I can’t see the little changes. And I need to celebrate the little changes, and not wallow in the icky stuff.

Haven’t ditched the dairy yet, but am eating less and less. Yesterday I ate deviled eggs, chips and salsa, cherries and shepherd’s pie, and a teeny piece of 87% chocolate, so not 100% sugar-free, but close.

I started on the Vitamin B12. Will take that for a week to see if I have any reaction to it. Probably won’t add anything else before my trip. Too much to deal with, and I don’t want to tempt the fates.

Weight  was up this morning, but no bloating, and I ate the same food Wednesday as Tuesday, minus the sausage. So, no clues there.

Hands are healing. No cracks, no new blisters, still red and peeling and dry on 6 fingers.

Joints still at a 2 in the morning, but fine the rest of the day.
